How much commission does GlowApp charge?

GlowApp charges a 10% commission on the gross amount of each sale (products, services, subscriptions, tips), on top of your plan cost if you have one. Payment-processing fees from Revolut/Payment Hub may be passed through. No extra hidden fees.

When do I receive my money?

Each sale is credited to your GlowApp Wallet instantly, net of the commission. Payouts to your bank account/Revolut are launching soon — your balance is tracked safely in your Wallet in the meantime.

What if a customer asks for a refund?

You define your own refund policy. To process a refund, reach out to GlowApp support from your dashboard and we handle it against the original payment.

Can I sell to customers in different countries?

Yes. You can price each product in the currency of your choice when you create it.

Do I need to be a registered business to take payments?

GlowApp does not require you to be registered as a business to start selling. Check with an accountant about your own tax obligations based on your situation and sales volume.
