Can I charge clients at the time of booking?

Yes. With Stripe connected, the client pays when confirming the session. You can configure full payment or deposit only, and set your own cancellation and refund policy.

How does selling courses and programmes work?

You create a product in your marketplace (course, masterclass, PDF, Telegram group access…), set the price, and GlowApp handles payment and delivery. The client receives an access link by email automatically.

Can I create monthly memberships for my clients?

Yes. You can create recurring subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) that charge automatically. Perfect for content memberships or weekly group session access.

How is this different from using Calendly + Stripe separately?

With Calendly + Stripe you have to configure and maintain two tools, manually create payment links and sync them with your calendar. GlowApp integrates everything into one branded page.

Can I offer multi-session bundles?

Yes. Create a bundle (e.g. 5 sessions) in the marketplace, the client purchases it, and the system automatically deducts each session booked until the bundle runs out.

Can I use my own domain like mycoaching.com?

Yes, on the Pro plan you connect your custom domain. The free plan includes glowapp.uk/yourname, which you can already use as your Instagram or LinkedIn bio link.
