What types of files can I sell as digital products?

Any file type: PDFs (ebooks, guides, contracts), ZIP files (presets, templates, fonts), MP4 videos, MP3 audio, PNG/JPG images or compressed folders. File size limits depend on your plan.

How does the buyer know they received the right file?

After payment, GlowApp sends an automatic email with a unique time-limited download link. Buyers can also download directly from the on-screen purchase confirmation.

Can I sell a product multiple times or set a stock limit?

Yes. You can set a product as unlimited (for digital downloads) or define a maximum stock (for physical products or training seats). When it runs out, it is automatically marked as sold out.

How do I manage shipping for physical products?

GlowApp collects the buyer's shipping address and shows it in your order dashboard. Shipping fulfilment is handled by you — you can use any courier service you prefer.

Can I offer discounts or coupon codes?

Yes. Create percentage or fixed-amount discount codes that customers apply at checkout. Great for product launches, creator collaborations or VIP followers.
